Nicholas Lehouillier Obituary, Death – On June 8, 2023, at Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee, Nicholas A. “Nick” Lehouillier, 20, of Bark River unexpectedly passed away after a brief illness. He was the son of John A. and Christina M. (Moyle) Lehouillier, Jr., and was born in Green Bay on May 15, 2003. Nick was born and raised in Bark River and obtained his high school diploma there in 2021.
Nick was a talented student who always did well in the classroom, in addition to being a member of the Northern Lights YMCA swim team and active in the Robotics program. He was a student at Bay College at the time. Before it closed, Nick was a dishwasher at the Home Base Bar & Restaurant in Schaeffer. He had been employed by Bark River’s Massie’s Country Market for the previous two years.
Most recently, playing video games was one of his favorite pastimes. He was a skilled gamer who frequently achieved top rankings worldwide. Nick enjoyed spending time with the rest of his family, was always up for a competitive game of cards or a board game, and had a special affinity with his younger brother, Nathan. He was a devoted supporter of the Detroit Lions, and he also enjoyed collecting football and Yugioh cards, as well as participating in fantasy football leagues, including his own.
Nick was a devout man who regularly attended Bark River Bible Church. He will be remembered for his generosity, compassion, and constant readiness to provide a helping hand. He was a wonderful son, brother, grandchild, nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
