Allen Leonard Obituary, Navarre FL, Allen Leonard has Passed Away

Allen Leonard Obituary, Death – On May 27, 2023, Leonard Allen, who had lived his entire life in Navarre, Florida, and had reached the age of 94 when he passed away, went to be with the Lord at the Logan Regional Medical Center, where he had been hospitalized. He was born in Holden on September 3, 1928 to parents named Claude Johnson-Allen and Edna Johnson-Allen.

His parents were his namesakes. He was his parent’s only kid and had no siblings. Ruth Stepson-Allen, his loyal wife of many years, passed away before he did, as did his stepson Charles Randall Turner of Lakeland, Florida, as well as his siblings Helen, Lucille, Bessie, Marie, Jimmy, and Jesse. His departure was surrounded by a tremendous deal of melancholy.

He was predeceased in death not just by his biological parents, but also by his stepson Charles Randall Turner, who was a resident of Lakeland, Florida at the time of his passing. Leonard was a very active member of the 7 & 8 Holden Freewill Baptist Church, where he not only directed the choir but also taught in the Sunday school. Not only was he involved in the church musically, but he was also very involved in the community.

He served with a tremendous amount of dedication in each of these capacities. He was a member of the United Military Workers of America (UMWA) in addition to his duty in the United States Army as a military police officer. In addition, he served in the military. On Friday, June 16, 2022, at one o’clock in the afternoon, funeral services will be place in the 7&8 Holden FWB Church in the town of Holden. The Reverend Carson Fannin, Deacon Delbert Ball, and Pastor Mike Kimbler are going to preside over the event as the officiants.
